“I was hesitant to go into the store to try to change things around with our account. My experience with cellular providers has been that they try to sell us things we don't ask for and don't need. Not so with this store! We spoke to Daytona and, after listening to what we wanted, he gave us the exact information we needed. And when we went in the next day, Bishop also listened to what we wanted to do and was very knowledgable on how to help us do just that. What I thought was going to take hours, ended up taking 45 minutes! Bishop was ahead of the game in knowing exactly how to do what needed to be done. However, we didn't feel rushed at all. He was just efficient and got the job done.”

“They were very caring about the issues I had with my phone, but they could not help me. Apparently, Verizon has decided to take the techs out of the Verizon stores. This is nothing to do with this store as they were great. But Verizon....I have been with you for over 20 years, yet you rake my bill over the coals every month, charge an ungodly amount, have me pay $60 a month alone for insurance on my plan yet when my screen did crack beyond visual or touch availability...I was forced to pay $100 for a replacement phone which I'm pretty sure was used and I was still unable to get all my data off my broken phone because "Verizon simply does not have techs working in the stores anymore, and the staff can't help if they can't see the screen!!) Well, DUH Verizon, I would have got my data if I could have seen my screen myself. Or done Samsung switch. But thank you, for yet one more reason to add to my list of why to leave Verizon.”
