Worst customer service experience! Speaking to someone who is polite and professional is not what you will receive. When I call to ask for a supervisor they leave me on hold and pass me around! Definitely do not recommend handling any accounts with them.

Do not bank with Key if you live out of state. I have been a dedicated member at Key Bank for the 15 years and had fraudulent activity on my account which has caused it to be locked, along with my online banking. In order to "unlock my account", I now have to drive over 9 hours (to the closest branch) to show my ID to prove I am who I say I am, even with an active police report filed. Not a happy camper. There has to be a better way of doing things, its 2022. 2 stars because they had been great for the last 15 years...up until now.

Do not bank with Key if you live out of state. I'd give them a negative if it had that . Called the Warsaw branch trying to explain to the lady that a.swered that we were trying to set a acct up to do mobile deposit and also a personal checking and saving acct when she called back she did not tell me I was on speaker when I was re explaining what we needed someone a woman in the back ground started yelling "noooo wayyy'. I asked if I was on speaker and the one lady said yes so I hung up. I called right back and asked the lady that answered if a supervisor was available she stated " I. The supervisor dude!!" Needless to say I was blown away fr the childishness and unprofessional conduct not only of an employee of this bank but the childishness of a supervisor speaking to a potential customer over an acct I wasn't sure how to set upNeedless to say we drove to Sturgis Michigan and received the customer service u would expect from a bank.

Never Recieved My Debit Card In A Timely Manner. I Waited 3 Weeks Plus More Just To Get Ran Around In Circles. And They Have Nasty Foul Attitudes Over The Phone.
