Poor treatment towards employees. Not worth the trip.
*UPDATE*
I stopped back in after a few years, and I was not impressed.
First off: Getting your AC fixed. It shouldn’t feel like a sauna walking in there. It was 79 degrees outside and still cooler than it was in that building.
Second: it was dead in the store and yet there was stuff laying everywhere. Trash on the floor, boxes everywhere. How is this place still in business?
All in all, I was disappointed and should have stayed away. Maybe in a few years, this place will get it in gear.

Went to the store in Warsaw Indiana to pick up a few things today. Had to go to the men’s bathroom. To my surprise I was told that they didn’t have public restrooms? I was told it was a state law that any public store had to have restrooms??? Even if it’s not the law it should be. Either way you can bet it will be a cold day in hell before I go back to that store

They have a nice selection. I don't go to a hardware store often enough to judge the prices. They seemed reasonable?
The people working there were helpful, but customer service for the people working the back end could use some work.

Gotta look around to find someone for help. Usually there’s someone in close range. Found that employees are well educated on where to look for what you’re looking for.

If you're going to call a customer about a delivery issue, please leave a message, now I have to wait an additional 4 days for something that could've been handled on the phone if I knew who was calling. Terrible service, not my job to scan and double check orders.

Always a fan of this Menards as they have their items neatly organizedand most of the employees are super nice.The 5 star review is specifically for Baatar - he is amazing. He came to help me when I was struggling with three long PVC pipes on a regular cart. Quickly saran wrapping them so I could get a better handle on my items.Thanks Baatar!
