This PetSmart location is described as smaller but with very nice and helpful staff and well-stocked shelves offering a nice variety of pet supplies. Many grooming experiences are positive, with staff noted as fantastic, professional, and caring, listening to concerns and treating dogs very well, resulting in cute and fluffy pets. Reports indicate they do a good job even with wiggly dogs, providing detailed puppy reports. However, one grooming service resulted in dogs coming home with a temporary cough, and a request was not fully met. A deeply concerning report describes an employee violently mistreating an adoptable kitten, which contrasts sharply with the otherwise positive feedback about staff kindness and care.
Super friendly & helpful staff! Made finding the right items for our pups a breeze and even helped us with their own personal feedback! Definitely my favorite pet store so far!
