R & B Car Company is a great place to buy any vehicle, Sarah is wonderful to talk to & Steve Ziggy Ziglar is a great sales person. I had my doubts about getting a vehicle but they were able to hook me up with one & I love it.

I asked to move a car at their South Bend branch to their Warsaw branch, np. They were busy on a rainy Sat, rep Collon gave me the keys to test drive solo (held my license), I checked the car fax before I arrived and had no major accidents, one minor scratch, their lot had many appealing vehicles. The bank I had pre-approval from said they were priced on lower end of the range they would approve by at least $1,000 bucks, had under 30, 000 miles, 2023 Hyundai Elantra excellent ratings for safety and gas mileage close to the well established Toyota w/a lower ticket price, lots of bells and whistles, all bonus to me. Has pretty sharp lines, sporty, quick, real clean interior and dash board screen is large. I had a large down payment from my previous car being totaled and pre-approval at 5.43% with Beacon Credit Union . I had expected to settle up the purchase on Wed, well it took until Thursday til I got my insurance settlement and pd them the agreed on down payment, then Sat. signed on loan. Didn't get the balance to them until Mon, had the car 10 days before all was finished. I asked if I could drop off the final cashier check to the Ft Wy branch on Lima Rd ( lots of trucks) saved me from driving to Warsaw, again very customer friendly! I kept in communcation all along the way. Very easy mannered, NO sales pressure, the product sold itself, HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&B CAR COMPANY

Brandon was very helpful. Didn't try to push me into anything... just listened to what I was looking for and told me this thoughts and I agree with him. Thanks for not being a thief. Will definitely include them in any new (to me) vehicle purchase.

This would be a one star review if not for the service manager Elijah. He bent over backwards to follow through with what the sales team had promised. He was responsive and helpful through the entire process.

I applied to get a vehicle there. I was turned down because I didn't have enough credit because I pay everything in cash and I don't have any credit card and they didn't mind me because I guess I'm not rich enough to buy a vehicle from them. I got a vehicle in Rochester for $25,000 and I have the payments at what I needed to be. So I don't understand what this company couldn't do that this company that I got my vehicle did for me.

Mark is the man !! Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership ever !! He makes the time you are there fun and enjoyable unlike most others thanks mark for the great experience anybody that needs a vehicle go see him !!

Steve(Ziggy) was a GREAT help and helped me find a very excellent vehicle! I was sad to part ways with my old vehicle, but it needed to be done unfortunately and plus this new one has so much potential and I have ZERO complaints whatsoever! Wonderful service by R & B in Warsaw!

Big shoutout to Collan on getting an upgrade to our truck. The one we wanted had sold but he did his job well, and he did it very quick to find something better suited for us. Super friendly service, very helpful salesman, great deals and financing options. They were very accommodating and Collan is a great salesman without being too pushy. He got us a good deal for our trade as well. Definitely check out R&B if you’re looking for a truck, their selection is very good and they do a great job picking quality cars from the auctions. Highly recommend!
