Thought I had a transmission problem but come to find out it was an engine issue . They only charged me for the towing and not the diagnostic test. Great service like this is unheard of there days!!

Nothing wrong with my transmission other than it has a leak. Had my wife take it here to get the leak fixed. Thought this was a transmission shop. Apparently they don’t actually work on transmissions. They told her it needed a new transmission for a small leak. What a f’in joke. These people wanted to charge $3200. Very disappointing. Took the car to another shop that ordered new seals to repair the leak for 1/4 the cost. Don’t go here. They are a rip off.

I took my truck to my normal repair shop for 20 years to replace Transmission rear seal that was leaking bad. They put in new seal, but indicated my transmission had bigger problems. It still leaked bad. I called Russ Moore in Warsaw, IN. I had an appointment and dropped truck off night before. They called me at 2PM next day and said your truck is done. They fixed leak and problem causing leak for less than I paid my normal mechanic shop to replace seal that still leaked. Extremely satisfied and happy. My first visit. Shop was uncluttered and well-organized. Service was efficient; no promises made that could not be kept. I got an honest, professional appraisal, and the appraisal was free. I will go back, if and when I need that type of service again.

From another city I had to organize getting my son's car towed there and getting it fixed. I didn't have any problems at all. They were highly recommended by others in the town, and I understand why. They were very professional and got the job done on time. I hugely appreciate them helping me out.

This place is absolutely terrible. I called Monday to get an appointment to have my Prius transmission looked at. I told them it was a Prius and they took that information when they made my appointment. Today I go to drop off my car (after taking the day off because my job requires that I have a car to transport clients) and he says they don’t work on Prius. I asked why they didn’t tell me on the phone when I made the appointment and he said he didn’t know. If they are this dishonest about what cars they serve, how dishonest are they on the work they do on cars?
