The experienced guys there are so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. No need to go anywhere else for cell phone service. Been there 4 times for assistance. Never disappointed. The guys never give you a line of BS, well let me look into this. Boom, fixed quickly.

Went into the T-mobile store in Warsaw it was a really good time. They helped me greatly the guy named Chris was awesome answered every question I had. He was definitely amazing ;)

Why is that I pay my bill like everyone else, stop into our local dealer to purchase phones and have questions answered AND then I'm told no Tuesday promotional item!!!!! Come on T-Mobile we all should be treated equally.

My experience has been stellar. Each associate is an absolute gentleman. Service with utmost courtesy and capability. Tanner and Xavier in particular have become my tech husbands affectionately since I am a tech dunce. They never make me feel stupid instead they hold my hand with respect. Wow! Impressive!

The store employees were more aware of an outage from one of their towers than customer service as far as home Internet goes.

A BIG thanks to Blake and Xavier who were life savers for me. My phone was doing wonky things, I'm NOT tech savvy, and they very cheerfully got everything back to normal. I'm sure I will be making future trips in to see them!

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my phone service,costumer service and in store service. I have been belittled, insulted and caught the Warsaw Indiana store red handed trying to steal from me. Shame on this company and employees.

My husband and I had the best experience at this T-Mobile store! Blake Jarrell was so helpful,friendly and time efficient. He listen to exactly what our needs were and helped guide to the right phones. He made sure we knew all the pricing up front so there were no hidden fees. He made sure our phone were active and working before we left the store. I would definitely recommend this store for all your T-Mobile needs!

Went in last month and upgraded our phone. When we turned in our phone's we were told we could pick out cases and screen protectors and they would be no charge because turning in our old phones gave us a credit. Received our first bill and it was $50 more than we were told it would be. Called and were told the increase was because we had to make payments on the case's and protectors. After over an hour on the phone they agreed to lower our bill but only after I threatened to cancel my service. After our contract is up I will be looking into a different service provider.

Only 2 staff and most people have waited more than an hour. So slow. Overall awful to be kept waiting. Also why aren’t there any seats!
