I went for the best wash and wax. My car on the driver's side was still dirty. I think they ran out of soap or something. Very disappointed

My husband and I took my enclave Buick in to have it washed using the self-service on sat Z Oct 22nd. It looked like it was cleaning properly until I got home and realized that much of it was still filthy and my husband has Parkinson's and he is out now trying to clean the car up after paying many dollars to clean it there.
