So they didn't have the tires i picked online which where on sale so I had yo spend more money and than after it was done they all went to lunch with no one helping guests so no service to finish so I can go the tires are OK and only purchased because I drove 45min to get there and was the only place open but wont do that again

I bought a tire because I hit something in the road and ruined my tire. I agreed to purchase a tire and the salesman talked about a tire warranty. He never said it cost $40 and I assumed it was included. I was pretty rattled as my car broke down in the road and I had to call roadside assistance, rearrange a dental appointment and call a friend to notify them why I would be late for our meeting. When I paid the bill I thought it seemed high but I assumed there was extra disposal fees or something. So I get to the car and see the donut tire had not been put back so I go inside and tell them. Later I see I had been charged the $40 without them mentioning it. At this point I just let it go as I had to get to my dental appointment. I check the tire pressure going home and the new tire has 46 pounds and should be 32. My husband adjusted the air to the proper amount and said the valve stem cap was missing. I appreciate that they could put a new tire on quickly but I was taken advantage of on the tire warranty and they lacked attentiveness to details.

The fixing of my tire was in a timely manner. Disappointed that they didn’t fill the other tires to be the correct pressure. The low pressure warning light came on again. Filled air myself

They take great care of us, always friendly and honest! Super quick oil change and tire rotation. The cost was average for those services and the waiting area is comfortable with TV and free Wi-Fi.
