“I brought my wife’s jeep in for repairs. They did a good job getting the jeep done and at a fair price. She needed decent amount of work done. They did goof up the rear axel bearing and caused damage to my rear axle. The guys got the jeep back in next day on a Saturday morning. They repaired the axel and bearing for me at no cost since this happened during the original visit. So yeah I’m definitely recommending H & L motors shop. They are honest and stand by their work.”

“Was the smoothest, quickest, and best experience I have had in 50 years. I wasn’t expecting to get approved with my screwed up credit, but Josh and all the folks at the Warsaw lot got me approved and in the 2019 Jeep Renegade Sport I wanted. Josh was Amazing salesman, no pressure, lets you test drive all the vehicles you want, and makes sure your happy with your choice. Josh even filled the gas tank up for me. I have never had a dealership do that before. I was also amazed that a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty came with the vehicle. Even had the printout on a recall for a simple fix and will be no cost to me. I would recommend the Warsaw lot to everyone.”

“I went in to explore the possibility of getting a car given my credit score and the limited savings I had. Open to any option available. Heather processed everything and presented me with the choices. I was approved but required a co-signer. Since I had no one who could or would help, I thanked her and left. Over the next few days, she called me while I was at work, but I assumed it was spam. Eventually, I returned her call to find out why she had reached out, and she inquired if I had found a co-signer, which I hadn’t. She said she would call me back. Within about half an hour, after some additional paperwork while I was working, she was actively trying to help me get a vehicle so that by the time I finished work, I could come in and drive one home. I just got the vehicle tonight. My daughter and I absolutely love it. My daughter was so excited and proud. The payments are manageable. As a single mom with poor credit and minimal savings, she secured a fantastic deal for me.She is incredibly patient and helpful. Really made sure I understood everything I was signing, as I had never done this on my own before. I left in tears. Of joy, obviously. A huge win for me. I am so grateful for all of her hard work to make something that seemed like another longshot into a reality. I'm glad I won't be walking through another winter.”

“Well I didn’t need a car today but these guys were the HEROS of the day for me!
One block from their lot I hit a curb and blew a tire. Not being familiar with the area I noticed N&J Auto Sales lot right across from where I was stranded so hurried over to ask if they knew a tire place I could call. Clay disappeared for a moment, then said to wait in my car… Cade and Boz showed up and changed my tire in amazing speed!! All done and back in my car in 17 minutes!!!
Seriously - this business gets my vote for customer SERVICE … even tho I’m not even a customer!!!

“Wasn't a fan of the vehicle choices here. Drove a few vans when wanting to trade up to a newer van for wife but everything I test drove seemed to have more problems from the last. And it's pretty bad that all of them had more issues than the van I was gonna trade in.”
