Had the displeasure of meeting with Anthony today was having an issue with my phone saying searching for signal. I went to this Verizon store as it was the closest one to me to try to get help. Anthony said I probably just needed a new SIM card so he put a new SIM card in unfortunately it did not fix the problem. He then basically told me I was SOL and needed to get a new phone he did not even try to do anything else literally Shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything else and I would need to go get it looked at at an IT place. He of course tried to get me to buy a new phone which I probably would have however at that time I chose not to and I left with nothing accomplished. But he sure was trying to get me to spend money on a new phone with him or spend money at an IT place. a little while later I got a notification on my phone saying that the SIM card was not activated so I decided one more try and to venture to the other side of town to the TCC Verizon. Met with an awesome gentleman who was super helpful super willing to go the extra mile to figure it out he was able to instead install my phone with an E SIM card and fix the problem in less than 15 minutes and of course I did purchase the new s24 from their store.I will never not use a TCC Verizon in the future and I recommend all of you to do the same. Do not use this store.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would the staff and the management is ridiculous. There’s a guy that works their name. William wears a patriot jerseys and glasses is completely rude and a liar. I literally was in there today to open a business account my wife and me were treated like we were idiots. He ignored us for half of the time pulled up an account that wasn’t even our account because we have an applied before then kept going into the back then I asked for the location number William stated that he was not allowed to give that information out of the store why I was on the phone with customer service customer service even told me that they should’ve been talking to them not me then I was told to ask for the district managers’s name and trying to figure this out. He proceeds to escort my pregnant wife that has a high-risk pregnancy out of the store, telling her she’s banned while she is trying to speak to the manager And the managers refusing to talk to her manager to take care of this. I will be contacting proper authorities within this company about the way that we were treated and will be getting in touch with Verizon head corporate. The guy completely lied and said that there was nothing that he could do for our account. We went down the road to a TCC location and all of a sudden we were approved and we got lines. This gentleman William beware The guy named William is very rude to women likes to escalate things. My wife did yell at him, but he is very disrespectful and unprofessional does not know what he’s doing. And he stated he does not work for customer service Remember this William, I will make sure that I blast this all over Facebook and everything. I will make sure that everybody realizes how much a you as a man treats, a high-risk pregnancy woman in a location. And adding a note, the show Man Williams said that my wife was banned from the store. FYI in Indiana code law you have to have police ban somebody from a place of businesses

Our Verizon, assistant/Tech. Guy was Fernando he was in fantastic salesman very knowledgeable on both devices. We went in for an upgrade on both phones. Fernando did an excellent job on assisting us on every aspect of that. The process was great, Fernando than help us on the accessories we needed. The whole process was smooth and great. Fernando will be our “go to guy”. We have been with Verizon for many years and never had a problem or an issue with anything we done with them. ??

I felt like a nuisance. Also, they sent me out of the store w an unactivated phone w none of my info transferred on to it. If u want good customer service and kindness go to the other Verizon store in Warsaw.

As soon as we walked in we got sided eyed from employee, completely rude customer service, the guy helping us rolled his eyes when we said my grandma's phone stopped working and all we wanted was the account number to switch carriers, one employee was on his phone the whole time ignoring everything we were saying and they didn't even offer to replace her phone

Poor customer service!! I went in to trade in my phone on a new one. The clerk who waited on me was watching a ball game or some sporting event on an Ipad at the same time he was helping me. The volume was so loud I could hardly hear him. So annoying!! I finally asked him to turn it off. No "Im sorry or anything". Mid way thru the transaction he assigns another clerk to wait on me as he goes to wait on another customer. This new clerk hardly said two words to me the whole time. So uncomfortable! At the end of the visit I am given an empty box to mail my phone back to Verizon. Since when did they start doing that? I have never done that before. For the money I am paying out the store out of common sense and courtesy to the customer should have done it. What a joke this whole thing was. Barely a thank you at all for my $1,000.00 plus transaction. I wish I had done it online or gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Next time I will go to a different Verizon store. The Warsaw Verizon store needs to retrain their staff on how to treat a customer. I won't go back.

Rude rude rude! Very dismissive! Failed to explain the very hidden and poorly change to policy's. Refused to help and passed us off to someone who didn't know anything about phones once he realized that we were only spending $3,120 instead of over $8,000 because you can no long charge items to your account unless your credit score is above 700. Spit when he talked and acted like he did nothing. Several workers were too busy chatting with each other then helping customers. Chastised a couple for bringing in an autistic child and not "making him sit still like an adult". Will not be back. And this is only about 5% of the problems I personally went through and observed while I was there for 3 hours for 2 new phones and cases.

Worst phone experience of my entire life. First of all, the guy who 'helped' me couldn't answer any question, and would run to the back every 5 minutes, without any explanation. He wouldn't even make eye contact, or acknowledge me, when he would come back out. I was trading in my old iPhone SE for an IPhone 13. The manager finally came over at the end (for the first time ever) and instead of helping us, he hurriedly packed up my bag, while the salesman was still putting on my screen protector, and ripped papers out from under his arm, while he was placing the screen protector on, while pushing us out the door! Also the salesman LIED and said it would take 3 HOURS to transfer my content, and that I could do it at home. All he did was literally put on my screen protector. When I got home, I looked at the instructions he gave me, and they were for an Android!! He was using my old IPhone for over an hour. I called the salesman's phone number multiple times, and he never answered. Then, I called the Warsaw store after, and they never sent the correct instructions. I had to take my new phone (still in the box) to the Wabash Verizon store for help. I then found out, the salesman never even activated my phone, so even if I had the correct instructions, it wouldn't have worked! The nice staff at Wabash activated my phone, and transferred my content in 18 MINUTES, not 3 HOURS, like I was told in Warsaw. I also realized, when my phone was finally turned on, after 2 days of purchasing it, the salesman had CRACKED MY NEW SCREEN PROTECTOR! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, go to Wabash, Jacob and Nathan are amazing. I've never been so disappointed and frustrated. I'd give this store -100 stars if I could.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. My son and I went to switch my account to his and upgrade my phone. We were handed a printout with a phone number and told to do the transfer ouselves. We tried several times, including opting for a live person who eventually said we would have to try again later. NO HELP OFFERED FROM THE STORE STAFF. Staff continued to help at least 10 customers as we struggled. We eventually just walked out. Our transfer isn't done and I STILL DON'T HAVE AN UPGRADED PHONE. I've been with Verizon for about 40 yrs and have always rec'd excellent service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT RUDE BEHAVIOR.

Was convinced to switch from ATT by promises of free devices and guaranteed 5G. I didn't get either of those. After my issue came up, I found out a few of my coworkers had the same treatment at this location. Employees are clearly told to lie and deceive to hit $ goals and sign up #s no matter the cost to reputation. I've gone into the store about my issues and they say to call the 1800 number, and the 1800 number says to go into the store. Verizon has had an awesome reputation the last decade, but since COVID, it seems the only priority is making mo ey, never customer satisfaction. I'm working on getting out of the deceitful contract that I was scammed into, and I IMPLORE you to go literally anywhere else.
