We purchased a 2007 Honda Element back in February, I believe. While test driving it we noticed the struts were not at their best, but we figured if that was the only problem, no big deal. Were we ever wrong. We ended up purchasing it for $5,400 all together. We drove an hour to get to this place. Well... about 40 minutes into the drive home, the check engine light came on. Idk if we could have taken it back at that point since we bought it as-is. I feel like we were deceived. I don't see how it was possible for that to come on literally less than an hour after we bought it. I assume someone shut it off. Got home and ordered a code checker. There was a vacuum leak. I replaced that part myself for a little over $50. The check engine light came back on again. Another problem... catalytic converter. A month later? We noticed the D (drive) light flashing. A problem with the transmission. A new transmission has been recommended. The sway bars went bad and had to be replaced. Brakes and rotors too. Now... the VSA and triangle with the exclamation point have come on and the car is running rough. All of this within 6 months. Someone had to know about these problems. I feel we were swindled and never should have been sold this vehicle. With all if the problems with this vehicle, it would cost us over $6k to fix.

Very knowledgeable about vehicles of all sorts and very helpful! He will give honest feedback concerning what he has versus what you are looking for. He doesn't just try to sell you a vehicle, he listens to what you are in the market for, and then shows you what he has that fits the description. I appreciate his sales approach!

Completwly disappointed, worst sales represenative I have ever came across. I approached him with a few questions, the responses made my jaw drop. Asked about a check engine light and I got "why would I run diagnostics the car is not worth it". Then proceeded to tell me he would burn the car that isn't worth running a diagnostic test on before he would lower the price. Cash in hand ready to purchase and the attitude turned me away. I will gladly take my money to someone that knows how to handle business more respectfully.

Special thanks to Gary for taking extra time to explain things about vehicles even well after the purchase has been made. He is very fair and honest and helpful.
