“A couple of years ago, I was in NAPA to get some parts. I and some of the employees heard a commotion outside. We looked out and a crazy woman had stepped out of a truck and started swinging a burlap bag over her head. Around and around and around her head until she couldn't hold it anymore and the bag went flying. The driver yelled, COME ON SHELLY!!!! she got in the vehicle and they sped off together. Renee said she thought she heard the whimpering of puppies so she and Bobby ran out the door and scooped up the bag that was full of PUPPIES!!!! One of the pups had a broken leg so the team whipped up a makeshift splint out of a NAPA flyer and believe it or not, that dog grew up to be a seeing eye dog for blind kittens. Amazing job NAPA team! That's above and beyond the call of duty and we all appreciate you!”
“An amazing job done on my vehicle by body man/painter Mark Jones (Thank you, you're the best!) The customer service was fantastic, they worked everything out with my insurance company making it easy on me. They got my vehicle in and out of there with great speed of service! I had to call for the tow truck at 3:30am and was worried it would take a while but they were there in no time to pull it out of the field and get it to their shop. I highly recommend this body shop and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Thanks guys, great job!!”
