I ordered two pizzas off of DoorDash. Besides taking 90 minutes to get to me which it wasn’t the driver’s fault as he was waiting there over an hour, Both pizzas were absolutely horrible Pizzas… I can understand one, but both were absolutely horrible. It looks like they were made by a blind third grader 6/21/2025 saturday afternoon
Even my 80 year old mother said that may have been the worst Pizzas she’s ever had.

Don’t you guys love it when you go to pick up your pizza order up and instead of hi how may help you, your meet with we don’t make made to order subs. Um no I came to get my pizza order. Then you proceed to line to pay while cashier is hollering I need to go pee. Then get home to pizza sticking to the lid and not presentable at all.. great customer service how about not and congratulations you have to pee.

My last experience at Casey's was not my best, however, the people are normally always friendly. The BBQ sliders are really good, even though I have been a Casey's Pizza Fanatic for years.
Since I had 2 cancer surgeries, things don't always settle like they should now, so, I have had to give up my favorite Casey's Pizza. I will be back to try again in a few months, as I know it had to be me.
In any case, you gotta try those little BBQ sliders, and I find that most the employees are friendly and willing to have a chat with the customers.
Nice place to jump in for a snack and gas refill and then hit the road again...

Don’t ever think you’re gonna be able to go in and grab food because it’s always empty and no food being cooked to put out either. Absolutely ridiculous.

Selling slices of pizza without times listed. ) Third time) Attendant lies to my face stating that the slices weren’t over 4 hours old. I’ve bought a lot of slices and also worked as a gas attendant at Citcle K to know the laws for selling food and the lack of following said procedures. Clear food safety violations as this is the 3 time in 2 weeks where not data is recorded so customers haven’t no idea how old the food actually is. I found such disgust in this store I will not be returning to it for lack of standards and irresponsibility. I had drinks in my hand and put everything back. Should be fired for food safety violations as the law prescribes

Swung by for a quick drink and snack. One EMPLOYEE was sitting not more than 3 feet from the door smoking a cigarette. I initially thought this was the cashier on duty, as I have seen her abandon post to smoke before. After entering, I found "cashier on duty" hunched behind the register buried on her cell phone. I was not initially troubled by this, as I understand if you have no customers to tend to. I had stood with my items on the counter for a good while before becoming a priority, and then when the cashier was finally able to abandon the phone and ring me up she was rather rude and seemed rushed/inconvenienced by my purchase. This Caseys may get the job done, but don't expect an ounce of professionalism.

I don't know who made the doughnuts last night (Thursday 6-22-23) but you need them, to do them, every night! I had to stop eating the doughnuts here for about a year now because the cream filling was always watery. I'd bite into it an I'd have it throw it away but I wasn't thinking an grabbed 4 this morning an when I got ready to eat it I thought oh no, it's going to be horrible I just know it but I went ahead an I'm glad I did. It was one of the best long John's I've ever eaten. Anyway....GREAT job to whoever the employee was that made them last night.! Made my whole morning better :)

Seriously, no windshield washing solvent anywhere? Just pulled in from a long trip & really needed it.Edit... came back 3 days later on our way out of town & found all washer solvent buckets clean & full. Thank you Casey's, that's what we expect from you!
