“Edit the management got in touch with my very quickly and turns out there was an issue with my account at my home club. Again very nice staff pretty happy with the speed of the contact overall. Smaller than my home club but that’s fine. The staff member is very nice. However my key hasn’t worked in about a week and a half and there’s been no resolution. This location is staffed for much shorter hours than my club and not at all on weekends. Today I came in during staffed hours after my pre workout and couldn’t get in the gym because no one is here is my best guess. Not very encouraging and honestly pretty frustrating at this point.”
