“Listen, I wouldn’t normally review a small town chain hotel, but this is an exception. We had to come here to be closer to a dying family member in a nursing home. Casey at the front desk was welcoming and friendly - much better than many fancy resorts or big city hotels we’ve been to.

The rooms are standard hotel rooms, but they have plenty of well designed storage, and charging ports.

Breakfast was typical, except for the freshly ground coffee bean coffee machines! Everything was clean and individually wrapped in the dining area.

Finally, we realized we didn’t need to stay the second night after all, and Casey let us out of that reservation at 5 pm! Customer service like this is rare. 5 star resorts and big city hotels - take note!

If you need a place to stay in Washington, IN, this HIE should be at the top of your list.”
