We ordered a baptism cake and paid $70 they put one cross in the corner when we asked for one in the center we ask them to fix it and they put another cross that isn’t aligned with the first.

Some employees are very polite, helpful & professional. Some cashiers are not. Several times, I've been overcharged for items with expired sales prices displayed at various Kroger stores in different states. Understandably, this is not the employees' fault. Nor is it the consumer's. It's happened too often in too many locations to be unintentional. Safeway stores do the same. They have had lawsuits brought against them for their repeated deceptive practices. Check your recipes. It's easier not to notice with large orders. It's corporates, not the employees' fault. But that gives them no right to be rude to observant consumers. Maybe they just get tired of overcharging being brought to their attention.

I love Jaycs. This store has helped me save so much over the years with their digital coupons and sales that they regularly have. The people who work for Jaycs are very nice and helpful. Yesterday I needed strawberries for a fruit salad I was going to make for a party. I went to the fresh fruits and vegetables area of the store
and saw that they were out of the two-pound strawberries that were on sale for $3.99. I saw a worker and asked if they had any more, she said yes and that another worker had them on the cart of many different fruits on it. He gave them to me and a friend of mine was looking for them as well. I am very thankful for all that the workers do for the store and how they help the customers as well.

May have some good prices but the attitude at this place is straight up ridiculous. So simple hi how you don’t scream at me from across the store it’s closed until 5 ok ma’am I rather drive 20 minutes to the next one
