“Puppy Paws by far is more than just finding you an adorable puppy. I texted Darvin and he is very responsive. He even called me to talk me through the process of how you get your puppy. He remained in contact with me the whole time and even after the puppy was delivered by Puppy Express. To say this level of customer service is rare is a complete understatement. Puppy Express battled adverse weather the whole time but still delivered on time. I hope Puppy Paws and Darvin is still around when we would like another puppy. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. The hardest thing is waiting for your puppy to arrive.”
