“I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. They have always been so very helpful. I asked them to call me before prescriptions are charged & shipped. They have done so everytime. This way I know how much each prescription costs & how much is being charged to my card. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I had a bad experience with a different mail order company where they charged $499 on HSA card for a previously covered item.I have never had a problem with WB Rx Express.”

“I had a change in my insurance this week. I came through the drive-thru gave the lady my new insurance card and gave her the list of items that I needed and asked if they could be delivered. When they were delivered I got entirely the wrong items after the window person had written them down. Today I talked with Taylor the pharmacist at Washington Williams brothers. He was very understanding and apologetic and everything will be ready for pickup in a couple of hours. I appreciate the willingness of Taylor to listen and understand my issues. He was very professional and fixed all of the problems. Thank you very much”
