“Customer Service representative/cashier was gracious to the two customers ahead of me in the check out line and to me. Even though it was a late night shift, the cashier was patient and kind with the slightly challenging customer ahead of me in line. After I made my purchases, I asked if there was a public restroom. She told me where the restroom was located in the store and even offered to keep my purchases at the front counter while I was in the restroom. As I left the store, purchases in hand, she wished me a good evening. Her kindness is truly appreciated.”
