Even though it was a late night shift, the cashier was patient and kind with the slightly challenging customer ahead of me in line. After I made my purchases, I asked if there was a public restroom. She told me where the restroom was located in the store and even offered to keep my purchases at the front counter while I was in the restroom. As I left the store, purchases in hand, she wished me a good evening. Her kindness is truly appreciated.”
“I had a change in my insurance this week. I came through the drive-thru gave the lady my new insurance card and gave her the list of items that I needed and asked if they could be delivered. When they were delivered I got entirely the wrong items after the window person had written them down. Today I talked with Taylor the pharmacist at Washington Williams brothers. He was very understanding and apologetic and everything will be ready for pickup in a couple of hours. I appreciate the willingness of Taylor to listen and understand my issues.
