The manager Annie is trying new measures to help change customer service everyday and when people call off her dedication shows. We had a couple sour apples come in as cashiers and she was efficient on filling the spot until she found better. Ive seen huge changes in customer service and new product with major scenery change. Good jo BP for taking the initiative to be better over the past few months 👏 👏 👏

I feel like I bother the guy working 3rd shift everyday, because I come in to get my coffee, and he's always playing a game system in the back. Never says good morning, or hello. Poor customer service.

That Mike Baker needs to realize that the restaurant's owned & operated by a separate company. He shouldn't review the gas station/truck stop poorly because of the service of the diner. I find the BP to have nice, efficient cashiers.

Got server raw french fries. This day and age if you cant cook fries you ahould just do the community a favor and close
