Brittany H was the most HUMAN and MOST HELPFUL for me today! I had an unexpected shut off for a maintenence issue... and my daughter is autistic... I needed to make sure it'd be fixed... she was amazing!! And was a human that cared! Keep her! Please

Awful service, I was told I’d be receiving a refund check from my billing, instead it was applied to my bill after I was double charged by their system. Nothing they can do about it, the people are kind but the company as a whole is disappointing.
