Your hours suck close at 430 people work and you close at 10 am Saturday makes no sense wish I didn't have to use you for the po box

A month ago I needed to deliver a package to Tennessee. Although, the expected arrival was three days, I expected up to two weeks delay after reading the Google reviews. To my surprise (and delight) the package was delivered on time!A couple days ago, I received a package. The postal worker told me the address was wrong, but he recognized the names were correct for our address. Instead of returning them, he brought them anyway. Thanks to him, I was able to avoid extra steps to get my packages and inform the sender that their was a typo to omit future problems. Additionally, the staff are friendly.

Constantly recieving the lady's mail the next street over complained several times. I do believe it is the person who subs for our regular carrier, been going on for a long time, cant seem to get it right happens at least 20 times a year

Was waiting for a package that I was supposed to sign for and she was trying to put it in my mailbox. So I went out and signed for it. Also handed me two other small packages and my mail. When I got inside my house, there was a third plastic envelope package tucked between the two other packages and it was empty. It had been scanned as delivered. But the zip top had been unzipped and the contents were missing. It was a shirt my daughter had ordered online. She checked her account and it said delivered. So strange. :( she never got the shirt. In our opinion, it was mostly likely stolen.

Today a pkg was delivered to our home….not to our door but left outside our mailbox on the wet ground after it had rained. We live on a busy road, if my daughter had not come by we may have lost our pkg. the pkg contained insulin for our pet. This has never happed in the 10 years we’ve been here so I’m assuming it was a sub delivery driver. Hope this matter is addressed so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you

I live in Waterloo, IN , i have had great service for 30 years ,I ship and receive, the service is very helpful and accommodating , It like an where else if you go in with an attitude yoru going to get an attitude, it depends on you which one .
