there call backs do not happen and they leave you hanging making you call them multi times someone needs to replace them pharm with staff thats able to do what the job calls for

The lady at cvs in west baden. Not Claudia, must be over worked because she told me I have to contact the hospital where they sent my perception and tell them to take it off there list so this pharmacy can fill it. For one that's her job. And I need my pain pills. I just had surgery.

Says they close at 10. It's 9:45 and they are closed. Waste of a trip and gas.

Workers were outside and we pulled up at 8:55 and we were going to pick up a prepaid photo and they went inside when we parked, locked the doors, got in their car and when my mom got to the door they yelled “they’re closed” out the window of their car rudely. We live 45 min away and came to get them because the website said they close at 10:00. Sad.

The store and pharmacy should be too. Totally different places to leave reviews for. Store is very clean and amazing service, as for the pharmacy, I wish I could say the same. Was told on the phone my prescription would be ready within an hour, little did I know they closed before then? Upon arriving with a few minutes before five their drive-through window was closed. So I sat for a second, and looked up their hours which said they were open much later. Drive around to park, go inside only to find the window in their closed as well. Was told system was already closed down. I asked about the hours being different than what was provided on the Internet. She gave me some type of explanation that that was regional and not per store although I showed her where it said West Badden specifically, she then acted as if it was my fault that I did not know that they changed their hours. They have added a little yellow sign at their entrance, well a piece of yellow paper printed off the computer. thanks for protecting the community and keeping us informed. Great job CVS.

Your data shows you close at 10. Staff was rude and asked where we were from because we asked about the hours showing up at 854 and hearing a minute in you close in 5 minutes. We live here, we're new in town, and will go to a different location due to the poor customer servive.I was locked into the store. No wonder you have 13 reviews in 7 years. Your district manager should look into competent help.

I was in French Lick for a conference and had an unfortunate issue that had arrisen and was having a hard time getting resolved with my MD's office at home. I cannot thank Amanda enough for her help and her kindness. She continued to look up facts and stats on different medications trying to find a work around (I'm pregnant.. thus the complications.) She'll likely never see me again and didn't have to take the extra time or do what she did to be helpful.... can't thank her enough.

Head pharmacist is a toxic intimidating bully. If you can use a different pharmacy I would recommend it she should not be in customer service very rude doesn't care like Travis the old pharmacist she has treated me badly twice and also my wife once we won't be back until she is fired or gone.

The lady at the counter was explaining to me just fine how it may be a little bit before my prescription comes in because I came from the doctor which was two blocks away. Then the new pharmacist lady butted in without looking down first at her new prescriptions to see if I was out there, and explain to me it could be several hours before my prescription comes in because it Hass to be "and "washed before they get to see the prescription to make sure there's no viruses on it. I call BS on that lol

Poor customer service! Cashiers always make remarks or ask questions about the items youre purchasing, nosy if you ask me! Very unprofessional!
