First time I have been in New store today. I stopped to ask about cutting wheels for my planter units. I waited patiently for my turn. One clerk was busy with a customer got of phone messed on the computer. Never acknowledged me or ask to help. Basically ignored me. Felt like didn't want my business. So I walked out. Clerks were not friendly very bad moody is what appear. I do not recommend shopping there. I am going else where.

I brought my mower to them for repair and it wasn't until after the repair was done did I find our that the warranty wasn't activated by the original dealer (not their fault). however it would have been better to know prior to them racking up a $600 repair bill. By the time that I found out that it wasn't going to be covered under warranty i was essentially told, "It will be $600 to get your mower back." (Rob) It being Spring I needed my mower I paid the $600. Then worked with Bad Boy to get my warranty activated. Once it was activated the Bad Boy representative told me to reach back out to Apple Farm Service and I would be refunded. I contacted Apple Farm and they said that they would refund me the repair. After weeks of waiting I got a check for roughly half of the repair. When I contacted them they said, "Well you didn't buy this from us so we won't be refunding the entire amount." If my warranty was originally activated I would have been charged in the first place. At this point they have essentially extorted $300. Either you need to pick better brands to do repairs on, or not be a warranty repair shop for Bad Boy.
I reached back up with Bad Boy and I was informed, "The extra amount was to diagnose and confirm the fix, which isn't covered in the warranty." Which is just insane. Are the repair people just magically knowing what is wrong with a mower and then through technopathy knowing the repair fixed the issue?
Will not be shopping there again or buying any Bad Boy product as the ball was dropped by both companies.
Update: Talked with the marketing manager at Apple Farm. They reached out which was okay. However, they called out that the part that was not covered was the service call. There wasn't one. I brought the mower to them and picked it up.
In all of these discussions I've also been told that this would have been totally covered if I had bought the mower from them. They knew that from the offset.
The call was a nice touch, I hope it is used to improve process at the company.

Always a great experience with Apple Farm Service. Had trouble with my Grasshopper. Neil and Rob took time to look up possible solutions and even invite me to go back to talk to the service techs to explain what the issue is. A couple days later, Rob picked my Grasshopper up and two days later, I was running again. I've always been impressed with their service and responsiveness. Thanks to Neil, Rob, and the service techs to went out of their way to help me get my mower back up and running!!

Great experience with the parts dept. (should have got names). Combine broke down in the field, all the parts I needed were in stock and the staff gave me invaluable tips on putting it back together. Saved me LOTS of time and got me back to work the same day. Thanks guys.

I'll start by saying I've known Jason Rudnick few yrs always thought good of him even though never got together on a piece of equipment. That said we where in a fix the other day disc broke down I still don't have parts. But we had two days of good weather that I could have got done. He had a used 15ft turbo max price was high and for the difference we would get a new one. I asked to use the used one and we would talk about new one to order.his answer I'll see then didn't hear for three days I'll never bother anyone at apple again.used

Apple Farm Services created a great experience for Me. Jason Rudnick helped me understand what I needed and what equipment would be best for me. He also made me feel welcome into the local community. I recommend Apple for all of you farm Equipment needs.

A hydraulic hose broke on my tractor. I brought the old hose in and 15 minutes later I walked out with a new hose. They made it on the spot.

After a lot of research I decided on buying a Bad Boy mower. I dealt with multiple representatives from other bad boy dealers and other brand dealers. Apple Farm Service and Jason Rudnick were very good to work with. Jason's past as a service technician and service manager provided all the technical answers to the many questions I had. He knows the Bad Boy mower line very well and was able to show me all the features of the Maverick mower that I was interested in and the differences between the other mowers. After using the mower now on two acres of fairly rough lawn I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the independent suspension, floating deck and seat. Jason was a pleasure to work with and provided a no pressure, informative selling process. If you are looking for a quality zero turn mower that I believe has the most bang for the buck you need to talk to Jason about the Bad Boy line.
