Excellent service. Driving through from SC in the snow and no restaurants were open. We tried to stop at the subway next door but they were closed. Luckily the Shell makes pizzas and sandwiches! They were delicious and very filling, and the man who served us helped make this evening a lot better.

The hot ham and cheese sub in their little hot sandwich case is awesome. Big hunks of ham and melted cheese on a hoagie roll. Get some mayo and mustard packets. Look for pickles.This is not deli-sliced ham; it is thick-sliced, hunky, and hot. It is great.

Got stranded as our radiator hose broke and we ended up having to stay the night in the parking lot. To our surprise, when they opened, I asked one of the employees if they knew a mechanic close by and she said, "Kevin there has a shop around the corner." Introduced us and to our great surprise he fixed it right there. He had to run to his shop to grab a part but fixed us up right at the gas station. While we waited, my two teenaged boys found the coffee and fresh baked sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Had some fun banter with the local guys having coffee in the back and we can't recommend this stop more. Love that there are places like this.
