“We used the Gathering Place for a bridal shower. It was just perfect! The owner was very accommodating. The options of many tables for seating works well so guests can spread out. The full kitchen was a bonus and there are many supplies to borrow if you forgot something. Parking was very easy and all the front windows are a plus on a beautiful day to let the sun shine in. I highly recommend.”

“Great place to stay. Room was very clean. This facility is a little older and has several areas that obviously have been worked on, but the cleanliness really shines. The neat way the towels were rolled in the bathroom was cool. The bed was comfy. Water in the shower was good and hot. The breakfast was delicious. They had a nice addition of potatoes and the turkey sausages weren’t dried out an rubbery. It was great place to stay.”

If you’re considering booking a venue, I highly recommend The Heartland. The newly renovated bridal suite was beautiful—my girls loved getting ready there! The outdoor ceremony space was also top-notch. In case it isn’t clear already, The Heartland truly is the best! ?”
