White Tail Deer processing is a great place to get your deer processed. The new butcher shop served smooth drop-off, reasonable price and good cost. It served outstanding professional service, organized and clean, great jerky and Jalapeño chedder deer sausage. When you are filling out the cut sheet make sure you ask questions; they cut antlers or skull cap as marked. Very happy, well worth the money and time save.
