Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." Customers consistently praise the amazing and great customer service, noting that friendly employees greet you right away, offer help, and will walk you straight to what you need. The store is neat to walk around and carries lots of repair parts that bigger stores don't, often able to order items if they are not in stock. Shoppers appreciate the reasonable prices and the convenient experience, including the hot, delicious popcorn. While very rarely an item might be unavailable, the helpful staff will tell you where to go.
This is my go to hardware store. They have everything even items you could never think of-Staff is always knowledgeable and it’s great to know that it’s locally owned and operated.

We got a new Weber grill from Ace on the West Side. Staff was very helpful. They put it together and brought it out to our new home. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs a grill.
