“I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!”

“Had a little mishap where a driver hit our passenger door just as we were opening it to get out. The impact knocked the door slightly out of alignment. Visited Caliber in West Lafayette. They assessed and said they thought it was a quick fix and told us when to call to come in with no waiting. All went according to plan and there was no charge. We were impressed with professionalism and the respect shown to us. It's great to have this business right at our back door in West Lafayette!”
