“I’ve had great experiences with AutoZone in West Lafayette, and today was no exception. I came in to have my car battery checked because I thought it might be the reason my key remote wasn’t working properly again. Austin helped make the diagnostic process quick and easy and discovered that the real issue was a nearly dead key fob battery. He replaced the battery for me and even took the time to adjust some of the door locking features to my preference. He also listened to my concerns and shared some helpful maintenance tips!

“I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!”
