This was an absolutely amazing vet! I usually go to a different vet but they couldn't see me there so I called Banfield. They set an appointment for me right away that day. I am normally apprehensive about taking my dog to a new vet but the Dr.s there made me feel comfortable. They were amazing and helped me more than I expected that they would or could. The appointments are affordabe and the staff is amazing. 5/5 paws!!! Thank you Banfield, my 14 year old puppy is feeling better already. These tail wags are for you!

I brought my cat here when she was sick and they guided me through everything they did for her. Explained costs upfront and there were no surprises. Will be coming back in the future!

I've had two of my cats there and been very happy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Kept me informed and let me know what they were doing at all times. When we took our kitten there they gave me a plan I could pay on a monthly basis that included its shots and spay.i'll continue to take my pets there.

The staff were nice and helpful when I took my dog for a routine check up. The veterinary doctor was very thorough and clear about what services my dog needed, as well as preventative care. The team was willing to work within my budget and offered a wellness plan which split all his wellness into monthly payments.

Predatory sales practices, questionable service, exorbitant prices. Read on for more details.Where to even begin? We took our new adopted kitten in to this pet hospital for her first checkup and shots. She also seemed to have a mild cold we wanted checked out. We chose this hospital because in the paperwork given to us with the adoption, Banfield offered a free first vet visit. Unfortunately this turned out to be a huge mistake. The visit took over 2 hrs, which I could forgive if it wasn't for what transpired afterwards. I'll break down how this place works (feel free to confirm with any of the consumer reporting agencies, they all tell the same story). They will see your pet, but won't make you aware that their services are offered at wildly inflated prices. The reason for this is they'd like you to sign up for an "agreement" for your pet. The "agreement" plan for my cat cost 55/month. My wife was duped into this service agreement, because she was made to believe it would save her money on this trip, and future visits. So our out of pocket expense for a couple simple tests (which by the way were performed without her consent, and in another room) was 203 dollars. In addition, she was charged 55 dollars for the service agreement which come to find out covers very little outside of standard office visits. When she returned home and told me about this, I did some quick math with her to show her how ridiculous that monthly charge is for limited vet services, so we tried to cancel the "agreement." When we attempted to cancel the monthly plan we were informed that the "retail cost" of the very basic services performed would have been $600 out of pocket, and to cancel the contract would cost the 600 less the 200 she already paid out of pocket (so much for that free visit eh?). I contacted our usual vet and for the same services plus the amoxicillin our cat was provided, the cost would've been about 200 dollars.... interestingly enough, that is the same price she already paid out of pocket. So you have the option to pay exorbitant prices now, or pay for a nearly worthless service agreement over time..... neat.Nothing about this was explained, little to no details were given. She believed she was signing standard discharge paperwork. The lack of communication about this leads me to believe the employees are likely incentivized to sign people up for this ridiculous program, although I don't know that to be true.Furthermore, upon review of the services they claimed to have given our cat, at least one seems quite fraudulent (again every service is performed in a different room outside of your view). A fecal test was charged, even though we provided no fecal sample. Deworming medication was charged as given, even though the tests they claimed were performed showed no parasites.I could go on, but I believe my point has been made and sufficient warning given to anyone else considering taking their pet here. If the idea of overpaying for services that may or not be rendered sounds enticing, then this is the place for you. If you love signing up for monthly bills that offer very little actual value ... then look no further. All others beware.
