“Was just there getting a new headlight for my girlfriend but stopped at Auto zone first. Auto zone was extremely unhelpful and didn’t offer to change the light for us. Since we were parked in the O’reillys parking lot and struggling for a good 15 minutes Larry saw us and came out to help even though we didn’t get the light from there. Larry went above and beyond and made sure we understood what we were doing for the next time and even helped make sure it was the right one since we had some issues. Thank you so much for the help and kindness, Larry!!”

“I called to check if a battery for my car was in stock. Houston (name of the employee, not the city) said he would check the warehouse, and it was indeed available 2 hours later. I stopped over after work and his coworker had it installed in less than 5 minutes. No other auto parts stores in town had the battery I needed, and I called 4 of them. I will be back to Interstate Battery! Absolutely phenomenal service! 5 stars!”
