“Fast, Excellent service, Fair Prices, Friendly staff. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I don't know why but I have the worst luck with tires. Recently had two vacle stems begin leaking back to back the first one I took to discount tire because of my work schedule & the refused to change the stem & forced me to buy a used tire even though my tires were less than a month old this time I went to BWC, they quoted me $80 but after doing the job only charged me $30. I don't know a lot of other places around town that would do that knowing they could just charge the original amount. I came in without an appointment & they looked pretty busy so I expected to have to wait before I was told I would pull into the bay immediately. I would recommend them to anyone for any Tire or automotive needs 10/10 times. After dealing with every other tire shop in town I refuse to go anywhere but BWC”

“Gave timely updates about our repair. It was a challenge however with our work schedules and the shop not being open later on a week day or on Saturdays at all. Because of our work schedules, our car sat there a few days after the repair was done before we could pick it up.
I also have repairs needed to other cars but cannot get in during the week from 9-5 to get an estimate. Short hours (until 12 noon or 1 pm) is the only recommendation I have. Otherwise they were excellent at what they do. The repairs came out great.”
“I'm from out of town and as soon as I got to Lafayette my car started stulling and my engine light came on. Being noon on a Saturday it was hard to find a shop that was close & open.
I went over to Reyes shop and within 30 mins two men showed up and diagnosed my problem. Gave me sound advice & sent me to a parts store where I was able to replace my ignition coil myself and be back on the road.
They were super chill (which calmed my nerves)
and knew right away what was wrong.

They assessed and said they thought it was a quick fix and told us when to call to come in with no waiting. All went according to plan and there was no charge. We were impressed with professionalism and the respect shown to us. It's great to have this business right at our back door in West Lafayette!”
