Had a little mishap where a driver hit our passenger door just as we were opening it to get out. The impact knocked the door slightly out of alignment. Visited Caliber in West Lafayette. They assessed and said they thought it was a quick fix and told us when to call to come in with no waiting. All went according to plan and there was no charge. We were impressed with professionalism and the respect shown to us. It's great to have this business right at our back door in West Lafayette!

They were very quick on connecting after the claim was filed, excellent communication all throughout the process, and everybody I spoke to was so friendly and kind. I was also pleasantly surprised by the detail and car wash they did before returning the vehicle to me. Overall, I highly recommend them for all your service needs!!

My car recently got scraped and the whole side panel had to be replaced as well. It came in and was fixed and replaced 5 days earlier than estimated and Ashley, the receptionist recovered my headphones that I left in the rental car. Would give 6 stars if I had the choice

My fiance A. H. was out of town, another driver caused a minor accident. She Thankfully found this place at random. It was the best find ever! They have been more than accommodating throughout this process. They got her in on the same day, the receptionist was super friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any and all type of car damage repair. 10/10

The team at Caliber was fantastic at keeping us informed at every step of our repair, and helped us navigate with our insurance and car rental company. They made a stressful situation as easy and worry-free as possible. Our car looks like new, and you'd never know it was in an accident. (The photo shows a reflection of rocks behind the car - it is not a poor paint job or anything like that)
