waited 40 minutes for my food, workers were kind about it, but this manager whom was quite large, had a nasty attitude. place was extremely mismanaged.

The food is obviously fine but EVERY TIME I come to this Chipotle and get a veggie bowl they SKIMP. Like seriously I pay full price for like a quarter of what a normal bowl is because I don’t get meat, and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. And in the event I do ask for a little more to make up for the lack of meat they look at me like I just hit them with my car.In conclusion - the staff here act like they have more to do than make your silly little chipotle bowl, and if your a veggie bowl girl like me, I advise you stay away or be stern with how little they put in the bowl ?

I love the food but specifically this location needs to do some housekeeping. Last two visits, every table was dirty. Garbage on the floor. Eating utensils holders were dirty and had some kind of liquid in them.

We went in for a quick dinner on Saturday night (1/6/2024) at 7 PM, and it was terrible! They were out of white rice, corn salsa, pico, and letttuce! The brown rice was hard/crunchy. They had a bunch of workers standing around talking to one another but not addressing issues. The dining room was a mess. Every table was dirty, the condiment station was a wreck, and the trash was overflowing! At least three people walked out while were eating. Will not go again to this location!

Toe gripping experience, guac was absolutely phenomenal and sensational in every way, lobby was clean. I experienced good service. Tacos i received were crafted from the gods themselves. 10/10

They are usually out of something. Thursday it was meat. Today it was crunchy shells. A month ago it was kids soft shells for quesidilla. It always busy. We need another on the West Side (not campus).

Ordered food from DoorDash and the food we received was not cooked properly or had some contamination. All four members of my family had severe stomach ache and diarrhea. Reached out to DoorDash and they are asking for a hospital visit documentation to look into this.

The last 5 times I have visited this location (this will be the last time, should have been a while ago), I put in an order and I am always missing something. They say that they are out (mostly of fajita vegetables and vinaigrette) no matter what time I go. The fact that they don't even tell you that they weren't able to include everything in my order at pickup is very frustrating. They also barely put any chicken in order when it used to be an actual scoop. I also accidentally ordered pickup instead of the drive thru and the response to the mistake was that they couldn't get it and I would have to come inside because it was "hazardous since they were preparing food". However the pickup is just around the wall and they go out there to put the food there in the first place. I normally wouldn't mind coming in, but the reason was ridiculous and I had to run in with my sick child strapped in the car so I would assume that would be more "hazardous". Anyways, do not recommend and it gets worse every time I go.

It was not a very good experience at Chipotle this evening. It appeared they certainly had enough workers, and yes, they were busy, but that was the worst bowl I've ever had there. The Barbacoa was way overcooked. They were out of guacamole at 5:45 in the evening. It looked like they had never gotten the trash out from lunch maybe. I'm not sure how it could have been that full before 6. A lady tried to put her drink in the trash, and it spilled on her. It was not great.

This chipotle specifically is ALWAYS out of several ingredients and never have guac because it needs to “cool to temperature”. I understand it takes a lot of time when it comes to prepping the stores ingredients, however, it’s happened multiple times where I come and they’re out of half of the ingredients no matter what time of the day it is. The workers can be pretty disrespectful as well and be stingy with the portions. I understand it can get busy and customer service is not easy, however, taking out your frustrations on a customer seems to be the trend here. I recommend purdue students to just go to the chipotle by campus and not waste gas to go here, because at least they typically have all the ingredients you’ll want in your bowl.

I have had poor experiences the past few orders using this specific chipotle, but nothing tops the frustration of last night. I ordered a burrito, burrito bowl, and a bag of large chips and large guacamole. I ordered online as well, but for some reason it didn’t notify me they didn't have guacamole, something I would only find out too late. I can understand technology not working properly and that being the only mistake, but it was not. I should have been notified BY THE STAFF, that I had paid 10 additional dollars for product I did not receive, it is unacceptable, I don’t know if it’s laziness or apathy or inability to pay attention, but I question how many people have paid for something they did not receive, you are already paying a premium to eat at Chipotle, but it’s doubly so if you’re getting that guacamole. And what do I get for compensation? Do I get a coupon or a deal to incentivize me to keep coming as an apology? No I get a support phone number to get my money back, guaranteed that’s the response because most are to lazy to want to call and deal with it. On top of that the audacity to ask for a tip when they aren’t even providing proper customer service is truly absurd. Do not go to this location drive, 2 miles down the road and go to the Purdue Campus location, the whole convenience of the “Chipotle Lane” is non existent due to the incompetence of the staff. The Purdue location manages to not have issues despite dealing with leagues of customers, they will get your order right and quick. Point of this long winded review is this location fails to meet the standard and you should save your time and your wallet to other establishments.Dietary restrictions: No guacamole
