0/10 This place quite LITERALLY stole my debit card from me and wrote it off as "store policy". I had to cancel the card because they would not return what was mine until I threatened the police on them. Another time, I had to lovely experience of passing out from pain in this CVS. Even as these inconsiderate fucks in the pharmacy witnessed me lose consciousness, they would not give me my pain medicine that was physically in the store because it wasnt "in the system" yet. Fuck all of you im serious. Especially the two old women who blatantly refused to give me my PROPERTY back.

The ladies that work at this CVS store deserve a lot of credit. I witnessed a younger gentlemen fumble and stumble over his words, as he backhandingly "complimented" the two older female workers. While I felt embarrassed for him, you could tell they too were embarrassed, as he continued to figuratively stick his foot in his mouth. Breaking the vibe as I walk up with my items, I said "Good Evening young ladies" and it brought a sense of humor and ease to their tension. I couldn't imagine having to deal with that on a daily basis but they handled it with class and dignity.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT go to the minute clinic, you are better off literally anywhere else. My NP was the Asian woman who had absolutely no idea what she was doing and even had the wrong patient profile pulled up when I entered there. She looked at my medications and had no idea what Adderall was if that tells you anything. I suffered abuse here and was screamed at when I couldn't understand her. She also prescribed me a medication that had a bad interaction with the medication I was using at the time and could have killed me had I not researched it when I got home. I called customer service and they absolutely could not care less and said they wouldn't refund anything. To the CVS minute clinic workers and patient care support, absolutely f*** you and I hope you guys go out of business and have your nursing licenses terminated.

The most rude pharmacy staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The thing is it's not just one person, more than one staff member has issues. I also noticed that I'm not the only customer that has had bad experiences with this pharmacy! CVS are you listening??

10/10 do NOT recommend, especially if you're lgbt...Look elsewhere if you want to find people who are actually not closed minded ignorant people...if I could give no stars I would

No matter if you are at the window, inside, or calling on the phone, the pharmacy employees are incredibly RUDE, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They act as if they are put out when waiting on you. It is not just one person, it is several of them. Will be switching my family's prescriptions to a Walgreens, after decades of being here I have finally had enough.

I called the pharmacy to ask a question about my prescription and Adam answered the phone. I explained why I was calling and Adam said in the most arrogant voice "How am I supposed to answer that when I have no idea who you are?" REALLY? These employees need a lesson on customer service. Instead of being so rude and arrogant he could have easily said something along the lines of "Can I get your name and birthdate so I can look that up for you." This is not the first rude encounter I've had with Adam either....

I have never had worse customer service. I try and try again and every time it is the same. No pharmacy techs smile or offer to help they are just rude. They have lost a long time customer.
