I can't say enough positive things about Custom Plus. I was having my prescriptions filled for years at Payless. I have so many medical issues I was having to make multiple trips to Payless and they stopped having the drive up available. Custom Plus was able to put all my medications in a disk pack for me so I no longer have to put them in my plastic pill dispenser. I was so impressed by the smooth transition from Payless to Custom Plus. Custom Plus did everything for me. They take care of billing my insurance and I just pay my copay seamlessly. They deliver my med pack to my home along with any extra medications I may need due to an unexpected illness outside my normal med pack. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thank you so much Custom Plus Pharmacy for giving me such a peace of mind. I might add their delivery people are very nice and that has also impressed me!

This is an amazing small pharmacy, with good people with great attitudes and great service. They went out of their way to help transfer and fill a scheduled drug prescription that I'm required to get before I go from Lafayette to my hip replacement surgery in Carmel *very* early Wednesday morning, and my regular pharmacy short notice OUT OF STOCKed me less than 36 hours before I'm leaving. Thankful and CustomPlus is going to become my regular Pharmacy after this.

Custom Plus Pharmacy is truly unique! It's the only place around where I can get customized compounds, and at reasonable prices, too. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, as well. I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this place. I have been looking for a local place to get custom compression sleeves for lymphedema. Bethany has been absolutely amazing. From day one of meeting her she listened to me express my concerns and frustrations. She has been quick to reply to my messages and even had the Jobst representatives meet with me at my appointment. The customer service provided has been above and beyond my expectations. Thank You!

I love this pharmacy and I go no where else! The people are professional, top notch, and give outstanding service. The in issue I do have is when they change their hours for the holidays all they do is put a sign on the door. Nothing on their website or their answering machine! No one likes to travel 60 miles to get a refill only to find out they're closed!

Custom Plus is a God send!!!! They have helped our family so very much!!! We have much needed prescriptions we need to take for our health. One of the prescriptions I take another pharmacy in town wanted to charge me $580.00 a month and they could not fill it in store. It would have had to be mailed (good luck with that). The first visit to Custom Plus I got the same prescription for zero dollars!!! My husband’s insurance covered the whole prescription and they filled it in a couple of minutes!!! The pharmacist couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. I love that it is family owned. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. What a nice change!!!

UPDATE: I finally just decided to visit their website. Turns out - there IS an email option. So I've been using that instead of calling and bothering the staff during the day. Unfortunately - the email goes to one individual. They don't have a dedicated email for customers that can be monitored by whoever is working that day - so I found it a bit of a challenge to communicate with varying staff members who were trying to assist while another staff member was on vacation - or off work that day. Won't bore readers with anymore detail, but despite their great prices - because of the communication issues - I'm currently seeking another pharmacy. Suggestions welcome. I may have gotten on the pharmacist's nerves with my persistence, but they were finally able to get a price for me and just like I figured - their price was 30% lower than than the four compounding pharmacies I checked with here in metro-Atlanta. ***************** Full disclosure - this is the FIRST time - I've ever written a review - where I didn't REALLY know how to review them. 1) Background / History - I was referred to this pharmacy - by another pharmacy I loved. See review for MP Pharmacy / Fusion Pharmacy. That pharmacy had the absolute BEST prices I've ever encountered. Not sure how my dermatologist found these folks, but Kudos! I had a 6 month love affair with their prices and customer service when BAM! All of a sudden they could no longer write Rx's for non-Floridians because they were acquired by a new company. :-( I was struggling to find another affordable compounding pharmacy and Bri recommended Custom Plus. 2) Value - they have the very good prices. I live in metro-Atlanta. So I'm comparing their prices to local compounding pharmacies. 3) Convenience - According to the staff - there is no online-refill or online-contact option. The website lists a 'Contact Us' option. Because I work midnight - 8am / midnight to 5am and sleep the 'first half' of the day but also work part-time from 1- 5pm - it can be difficult to call any business during 'normal' business hours. The website lists certain hours. The staff lists different hours. Honestly - I have no idea what their hours are. But I hope, at some point, they will offer a monitored, online option. Not even referring to weekends. I would just LOVE to be able to message them - since I'm asleep or working during their business hours. 4) Customer Service - I've never had anyone be rude with me. But I will say - if you are in your 40's or 50's - and you have teenagers or people under the age of 24 that you engage with a LOT - be prepared for this sort of interaction. Lol. I swear I feel like I'm 80 years old every time I speak to one of the support staff members. Lol. They don't seem to have customer files with Notes like other pharmacies - so I have to repeat myself quite a bit. Then they seem a little exasperated or annoyed when you give them the detail they requested. And the staff loves to ask you to hold while they get some info - then without giving you any sort of warning that you're about to be transferred - someone else will come on the line. I find it a bit disconcerting.
