Zero stars. They have no customer service, only automated. I've called twice because they keep trying to deliver to the wrong address. The phone queue will not transfer me to a live person. Eventually it just says it can do no more and hangs up on me. If this had been the first experience of this kind with them I wouldn't have left a review. Unfortunately, I am more surprised when my package actually shows up without a problem or a long wait.

Obviously; FedEx cares very little if at all about a recipient’s time. I am waiting for a computer part that was supposed to be delivered today between 11 and 3. It is now after 3 pm; checked tracking and am now being told by 8 pm. This is totally outrageous and causing me to lose even more money from not being able to re-establish service to my customers.

I’ll give 0 if they have it. I mailed package to my nephew from Vacaville California on May 29th and it will be delivered to West Lafayette Indiana on June 4th. When we were checking this package on June 4th, it showed package was in Tracy California. After I called customer service, was been told they will handle this issue as soon as possible, and the customer service will call me to update information. But next day nobody called me, after I tracked, it showed it will be delivered between 12-4pm on June 6th. But other but today when it was be delivered, my nephew called me try didn’t receive it, they delivered to wrong address. Both of us called again, they said will investigate what address they delivered and will deliver to my nephew as soon as possible after investigation. I request to signature when I mailed it, but why they don’t check ID to deliver to a wrong person. We still waiting for them to find suitcase I mailed. I can’t believe it costs $150 to get such service.

This location does not have supplies like tape. Also have to wait in the same line with other walgreens customers in general checkout for what should be a quick package drop off.

I would give negative stars if i could.Worst service ever. The employees there will deliberately mislead you to pay more for their service. Instead of help, they sabotage. Wish I never step into this store.
