Not sure what has happened to GoodWill in the last 6-8 years, but they've gone from a quality thrift store to just reselling items they got for free or that should be in the garbage at the cost of new products. Indiana GoodWills are the worst offenders in my experience. You can find night stands and tables for $100 and used dirty shoes for $20 in Lafayette GoodWills

They are absolute shysters. They have a 14 day return policy, but it only is availability available to be returned to a gift card not the original purchase source even after being told that I could return the product and get my money back to the original purchase source when I came in to make the return they denied it, they're plenty other charities where you purchase clothing from I would suggest going there. This is a problem because they no longer have dressing rooms to try on garments so you have to purchase them to be able to try them on but they don't allow you to return them if they don't fit for the original purchase method.

There is no way to try on clothes at the store, also the bathrooms are locked and you have to ask. And you can’t try them on in there. There are many reasons why this is a problem. I’m not from here and I live in my car, so returning things is an issue, I can’t see how they look or fit in my car, but more importantly, as a genderqueer person it’s already stressful enough shopping for clothes, but to have to try them on in front of other shoppers. Not good. Fix this immediately!

It was rather boring with all the old and kind of dusty stuff but I went there for mother's day to buy my mom a record for her record player, and the place was nice and the service was quick and the employees were really nice, good place overall

Always new stuff here. A great place to give unwanted items a second life.

I donated here twice. The 2 guys at donation center came out really fast to take my donations away from me. There was a lot of things still in bins. I think they are going through donations and keeping the good things for themselves. Whatever the reason is next time I'll go to the other location or just throw everything away.

Always great quality and value and fun!!! It's a shopping exploration. You never know what you will find in Goodwill. Clothes galore, antiques, furniture, decor, electronics, dishes to cookware, holiday decorations and the list just goes on and on. Items are added daily and everything is a great bargain. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they do have loyalty discounts you can sign up for. There's lots and lots of everything here. Check Goodwill out!!!

They didn't have a lot of plus size clothing which was what i needed. All different sizes were mixed together on the rack - sizes 4, 6 and 12 where size 22 should have been. And the fitting rooms have been completely removed. They do have a nice selection of knickknacks and decor though.

Fitting rooms are closed. Signs on bathroom to not use it as a fitting room. You can make returns within 14 days but don't get a refund only gift card/store credit. Waste of my time to buy the items, take them home, just to have to take them back. Since it was your choice as a store to close the fitting rooms I should be able to get my money back, not have to take a gift card/store credit.

Items will always be cheap and there's plenty at good quality. Do be careful when picking things out--the dressing rooms here are still closed. If you can't try things on properly, some items won't fit, which means you'll probably make returns. Here's the problem: they only issue refunds through gift cards. These gift cards aren't connected to names or phone numbers, so if you lose your gift card, you just lost that money. They won't give you a replacement. With open dressing rooms this might not be much of an issue, but right now it's a bad system for the customer.

Darian who was the manager on shift refused to do her job and price an item they had on showcase that was missing a tag. She requested we come back next the day then after she had her coffee she would price it.. people like her don't belong In the field of dealing with people. But I do understand its had to find workers but Im sure goodwill can do better than this. Cashier on the other hand was very helpful. Store has nice selection.

I have been a long time fan of goodwill until today….they have taken away the color of the week meaning that everything is full price and they no longer have 99 cent Sunday’s. It took all of the fun out of shopping there because they are pretty Overpriced for most of the clothes and now they are pricing the shoes at 20 dollars and up for beat up Nikes from now on I won’t waste my time

Cannot try on clothes. Will only give store credit for returns and they are limited to two weeks. Will not be going back
