“Our trainer Jackson did a great job encouraging us and challenged us at the same time. We came back the next day to use the equipment. It is so nice to Not have to mess with plates. It was our first time using the air resistant machines. Liked that you can really customize our workout. Love that both classes and equipment are available to us.”

“A great gym for experienced lifters and new lifters alike. It has more traditional lifting gym vibes than other commercial gyms. The equipment isn’t sparkly and new, but it’s functional and there is a wide array. The pricing is reasonable for the amenities and quality. I’ve been using this gym on a recovery journey from a near fatal car accident and it’s been indispensable; it’s never too busy and I seldom have to wait for a machine. If you want old school gym vibes with modern amenities, this is it for ya”

“The facility is clean, and staff is very welcoming. Everyone in the gym is very nice, and like honestly it is really really clean. It's not very big, but you definitely have a good variety of machines, it's quiet too. Never really crowded, I've only had to wait to use a machine a couple of times and I have been a member for 3 years now. If you do wait for a machine you're not waiting very long.”

“I’ve had a great experience at CrossFit. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping members improve, regardless of fitness level. From day one, I felt welcomed by both the staff and community.
During my time there, I became stronger, improved my nutrition, boosted my fitness, and gained confidence. The programming is challenging but scalable, and the coaches always emphasize proper technique and safety.
