I recently had to get my Macbook fixed due to a bad water spill. Tyler was very professional and quick to communicate progress. Macbook came in a condition that was way better than I ever hoped for, in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. Could not reccomend this service more.

I took my Google Pixel 7 Pro in to get a cracked screen/cracked back glass replacement. This ended up costing me a little under $600!! Still, the phone was relatively new at this point and I just wanted my phone to be in new condition again and regretfully paid it. They were initially extremely nice and willing to help. I had gotten my Pixel 4 XL fixed by them in the past and it was a great experience. However, this time, it was a totally different story. I was told that I could have the screen replaced with the under-the-screen fingerprint sensor still working for an additional charge vs. no fingerprint sensor. I chose to pay extra to keep the fingerprint sensor working. I got my phone back for the first time, and the screen looked great at first but the fingerprint sensor still didn't work. back glass still was not repaired because we were waiting on a part. I was told I would get a call when the part arrived. The call came and so I took it in to get the back glass replaced. I come back a couple hours later and they had CRACKED the NEW back glass! And they (LITERALLY) put a BAND-AID over the crack!!! I was willing to look past this as they had volunteered to throw back $50 and replace the part once the new back glass came in. Very soon after taking it home the screen developed dead pixels! I wait to say something as I am taking it back to replace the back glass (again) anyway, right? Well, I wait 2 months to "hear something" from them when the NEW back glass comes in. Never heard anything. Turns out they had e-mailed me a singular time and it went straight to my spam folder. Seriously? No call, no text? I had called multiple times but they are TERRIBLE at answering the phone. Either way, I show up and they act friendly again and they are willing to give me the back glass. I tell them the problems with the dead pixels on the screen and that the fingerprint sensor still isn't working. The guy (the manager) has the nerve to call it my fault and says he can't do anything about it. At this point he was just flat out refusing to fix the screen as I had paid (again, OVER $500) to do. So I asked that he please replace the back glass. I come back a couple hours later and... yup, the back glass had been replaced. But there is glue underneath the back glass. Not even a small amount, like a lot to where it ruins the appearance of the phone. I am furious. I ask for the refund he had promised. He LITERALLY says that I am MAKING THIS UP!! I pressed on and he threw me $50 on the way out. Well I NEED my phone fixed and/or NEED my money back. As of right now I am out all of my money and my phone still has a damaged screen, fingerprint sensor does not work, and my back glass needs properly put on.I am very sorry for the book but this has been the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had. I literally just feel scammed. I have worked in customer service since my very first job, and still to this day. And I have never treated anyone like this.

Just went down today with a liquid damage on my Mac. Got done super quickly. Best part is I didn't get charged since there wasn't any replacements. Super nice guy, gave it a free checkup and explained it to me as well!!!

Experienced very poor customer service and ended up just walking out the door. I scheduled an appointment for an iPad repair 2 days in advance. I arrived 20 minutes early. Was told they would not have time to complete the repair today due to the walk ins ahead of me. I live 45 minutes away and cannot return the next day to pick it up. The guy explained that the only benefit to scheduling an appointment is getting 10 dollars off. If you are going to offer appointment slots then you should honor the people that took their time to book an appointment to bring your business income

Don't take your phone here. I came in to replace my battery and ended up taking home a phone that didn't work because of complications with the screen. They don't give updates very well and the only email they sent was in my spam.

Fast and easy battery repair. I wish they would have let me know before the repair and payment that since the battery they use is aftermarket I would get constant alerts on my phone that the new battery is non-genuine. They told me every disclaimer but conveniently left that part out. Also the price is similar or more expensive compared to apple certified battery replacements in the area so there’s that. But the new battery itself works fine so no issues there.

Avoid this place at all cost- especially if you are a Purdue student. They will take advantage of you. I went here because it was in walkable distance from campus and I was desperate to get my phone fixed. The touchscreen on my phone stopped working, so i went in for a replace screen. Cost $150, pretty routine. They broke my face ID on my iPhone X after putting the screen in. A week later the screen shattered without me dropping/harming the phone in anyway. And not just a cracked screen- the entire phone blew out and did not work at all. It never worked again and I was told it was unfixable by Best Buy and Apple (due to the poor service and installation by iMechanic) I knew the screen they gave me was at fault. I went in and was told no (after NO ONE looked at my phone- just the robot talking to me) and was told that the warranty doesn’t cover if the screen is damaged…even if they are at fault for damaging it. I called the main store in Lafayette and asked to speak to a manager. This is where it gets really bad- I was told it was my fault for the screen breaking and called a liar when I said I did not harm the phone/screen and told “I would never find a higher quality part” (like the Apple store doesn’t exist?). In my entire life I have never been spoken to as rudely as I had by this manager- my roommates in the room were dumbfounded as well. The second I hung up the phone I burst into tears because of how this man talked to me and treated me. I am a 22 year old female, and it was obvious he felt that he could take advantage of me and thought I was unintelligent. Furthermore- I went to Best Buy (in Lafayette) after and was told THE SCREEN BROKE BECAUSE IMECHANIC INSTALLED IT WRONG. They told me that small businesses like iMechanic are notorious for treating their customers this way because they have no corporate and they see many phones come in that iMechanic has damaged. When I went to the apple store, they also told me the same thing- the screen was installed wrong which is why the part broke. Not only did iMechanic refuse to even look at my phone to see if there was any mistake on their part, but they were so blatantly disrespectful to me on the phone to the point of making me cry. I urge anyone with phone issues to AVOID THIS PLACE and go to best buy or the apple store. The worst business I have ever interacted with.
