I would highly recommend impact zone to anyone, brought my daughter in to learn how to lift properly and knee rehab.Spencer set her up with a program of lifts and nutrition. He was always willing to work around our schedule so she could make sure to get her lifts in he always asking if she needed meal plans to help with her nutrition.She now has joined the high school program the impact zones offers.

This place is everything. You not only learn physical training, whether it be jiu jitsu, olympic lifting, kickboxing, or general fitness, you also learn how to take care of yourself in nutrition and sleep, and even more importantly, the mindset the coaches have are contagious and have changed my life. I love it here, ImpactZone is family and I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Don’t make the mistake of wondering what you may have missed out on. These people genuinely care about your quality of life and your success in your goals, they will stop at nothing to help you achieve them.

Just finished training here for the summer. Huge thanks first and foremost to coaches Spencer and JV for helping me all summer. I came into Impact Zone looking for a program to get me bigger and stronger in preparation for my first college soccer season. These guys delivered that and more, teaching me things that will continue to benefit my growth even after I leave. I’m feeling confident going into college, and I would definitely recommend Impact Zone’s lifting and supplemental programs to anyone looking to improve their sports fitness.

Great place to train for many reasons. Whether you want to get in really good shape, compete in martial arts, or learn to defend yourself. Excellent coaches and a team oriented atmosphere. You will improve in many aspects of life.

Couldn't have asked for a better gym to train at. As a complete beginner with no experience, I joined Impact Zone Training Center 3 months ago to try out their kickboxing/muay thai program. I was immediately welcomed by the coaches and students, who walked me through the basic techniques and made me feel safe and in good hands, while also keeping the pace right at my limit. This gym is just filled with genuinely great people who made me fall in love with the sport, and if you've been thinking about picking up a martial art I wouldn't hesitate to give Impact Zone a visit.

I started kickboxing here 2 years ago, and although my attendance was spotty at best, I learned a great deal during my time there. These guys will help you improve your fitness and learn the sport. If you're dedicated and open minded, this is the place for you!

I was invited to a holiday workout and committed without knowing what I was going to do. I arrived and did one of the hardest workouts I had ever done. It was difficult and I pushed my limits, but when it was over I knew I could do better! At that moment, I knew training at Impact Zone would be life changing. I signed a commitment to IZ, and more importantly to myself. I agreed to work hard and in turn I’d be in the best shape of my life. My physical appearance improved and, most importantly, my mental health improved. The coaches at IZ are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and impactful. Joining IZ was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and there will never be a time when I’ve regretted my decision.

One of the best places to have kids gain self defense skills. Head coach is very good with kids! It is hard to work with kids but the way he leads and teach kids is phenomenal. He makes this jujitsu classes a joy for kids. They just enjoy being their even so they are working hard. He also teaches kids about discipline, social skills and other useful skills that parents want to teach own kids. It is a great safe environment for kids to gain self defense while building strength. There are lots of assistant coaches in class which makes it this class very unique and effective for kids!Thanks to all of you, Impact Zone coaches!

I started my weight loss journey weighing almost 300 lbs. I was able to lose 75 lbs with a Keto diet and 5 trips a week to Planet Fitness. After a while, however, I knew I was going to quit. I was bored to tears. I was losing motivation. I needed something that would never go stale on me. I needed guidance. I needed a new challenge that would always be challenging for me. I needed to be pushed.Enter IZ and their amazing staff and culture.I’ve never had a remotely boring workout since. The coaches and programming are second to none. Whether it’s jujitsu, kickboxing, or weight training to endurance training, they’ve got it covered and worth every penny. If you’re willing to put in the work, they’re willing to work just as hard to make sure you reach your fitness goals. Personal training by World Class certified instructors is available as well. A great group of folks, staff and members alike.I would recommend them 100 percent to anyone wanting to life changing results….

There are many reasons that I would recommend Impact Zone!First, I love that there are classes for the entire family. We have worked out a schedule where us parents can participate in fitness classes during our children’s self-defense class. That makes getting to the gym so much easier!Second, it’s a fun place to work out. The coaches are friendly and have the most positive attitudes. This takes away the intimidation that I’ve felt working out at other gyms. The other clients are fantastic, as well. There is truly a strong sense of community and friendship felt at Impact Zone that I’ve not experienced elsewhere.If you’re looking for a fun place to work out and build your confidence in fitness, Impact Zone is that place!

I wish I found this place sooner. I went there for the Impact fit and endurance and it changed how I lift and perform my general exercises. I have never gotten such quick results and fast returns on lifting until coming here. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and easy to approach. They are positive and will actively push you towards your goals, their hybrid challenge helped me gain 10 lbs of muscle in just a month. Coach Marc and Coach Avery were the best coaches you could ask for when looking for lifting knowledge and motivation.I also joined BJJ, having never done it before and Coach Los and the team were all very warm and welcoming. It is clear that Coach Los has a passion for it and keeps the team motivated, whether it was your first day or third year. He is always willing to share his knowledge and passion for the sport.I will always recommend Impact zone if you are in the area and either want to start lifting/training, or if you want to improve your fitness journey.

After 1 year at impact zone I've experienced a veteran/military friendly gym that has amazing coaches with professional experience. Programs that are not only good for people with experience who want to compete, but even people who are just looking to get in better shape or learn for the first time. An overall awesome community and wish I had found it sooner than I did!

I’ve been training at Impact Zone for almost 6 years now. My main goal when starting was to lose the baby weight from my daughter, but now it’s part of my daily life. They have not only made me fall in love with working out, but they have taught me how to eat the proper way. The coaches truly care about each and every athlete. The community that Impact Zone builds is seriously like no other. We are like one big family holding one another accountable, which really helps keep you consistent. Impact Zone has also been a great place for my 13 year old son and 6 year old daughter as well. Impact Zone has a wonderful Middle School and High School athlete program, along with the Kids Self Defense class which is amazing for the younger kid like my daughter to build confidence and self defense skills.

Impact Zone is a great place for hobbyists as well as those who compete. It is an all inclusive environment, and is free of the toxicity that a lot of other martial arts facilities/gyms seem to carry. Teammates treat you with respect, and are genuinely happy to help one another. The coaching is world class and is broken down in a very easy to digest way. It is nearly impossible to go there and not become a better version of yourself, in sport as well as personally. Great people all around!

Top notch training at impact zone. All of the coaches know what they're talking about. Not only do they design workouts that do a great job at challenging you but the nutritional knowledge they have as well has been a great help to me. Would definitely recommend everybody give it a try. Very welcoming atmosphere and challenging for new people and experienced people alike.
