My go-to place when in town after difficulty finding a consistent, well executed dip manicure akin to what I am accustomed to in CA. Lotus has come through for me - Vicky, Rachel, and especially owner Mike; who is patient in accommodating my (rather) exacting standards.

Lotus nails did a great job! I love my nails and he made any adjustments willingly as I asked for them! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is my sister's nail guy watched the tv a lot and wasn't as focused on the job. I also had a small cut on my finger but just minor. Other than that, they did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend!

This is not only the best spot in town, it’s my favorite nail shop of all of the cities that I’ve lived in. Angel is absolutely amazing - she is so sweet and always makes sure my nails end up looking like the inspo pics I bring in. I’m moving to the West Coast, and the thing I’m saddest about is finding a new nail tech!

I’ve been trying to find a nail salon in town for awhile and I am so pleased with this one! My nails always look amazing, the nail techs are always super friendly, and they play music (which I like). I have always loved my nails and now I’m a regular. Highly recommend!

I actually had a great experience when I came with my daughter. There was about 2 other ladies in the store and a little girl getting their nails done. It was a great experience I decided to come back for myself. Which was the worse decision of my life. I came in and from the door I was treated with so much disrespect the entire time. I actually cried during the experience because I felt I was treated unfairly due to being the only blacks person in a room full of middle aged white woman. I have never experienced such bold racism in my life. And for this not only will I never return again. I will be moving. The experience has led me to believe if as a grown woman I get treated with such disregard to being a human. I would never want my kids to endure this level of disrespect and racism. To the man who did my nails. You are not above me. I am a paying customer just as the rest. Thank you for turning a relaxing experience into the worse experience of my life.UPDATE THIS WAS A MONTH AGO. AND I HAVE MOVED! Thank you for pushing me to go where me and my family are love and accepted.

Excellent service. First they greet you at the door and you check in. Then they treat you to a lengthy and detailed, relaxing pedicure. They have the warm towels for the whole relaxation experience. Definitely recommend. They are very nice and appreciative.Service: Pedicure
