I would give zero stars but I can’t. The kid i talked to said I HAD to buy a phone case or some kind of accessory to walk out of the store with a new phone even if i paid the phone completely off. He said his boss said thats their “policy”. Never heard of a store refusing to let you purchase something without buying something else. Seems very suspicious and scamy.

I stood in that store for an entire hour, unable to make a purchase for a new home Wi-Fi. Three people in the store only one of them knew how to do anything due to lack of training. Yet no one was there over seeing the two new people or training them and the poor girl that did know what to do,was completely overwhelmed with people in the store. Where is the district manager? Where is the store manager? Where is the regional manager whom ever needs to come and help these people needs to come and help them now or they're not going to have any employees? I feel terrible for them but I don't feel bad for T-Mobile. Do better T-Mobile train your people. You have three employees and only one that could help a customer.

I am writing this review because 2 reasons:1- people aware of what’s happening to get them sign up for service with them.2- if anyone can help me where to report it ( not to T-Mobile ), I appreciate it.I went there wanting family plan especially I found a poster outside the store saying 20% off for life “ Tippecanoe County “ plus they told me get 2 lines and 3rd free . So I decided to get the plan, it’s good deal.However, 3 months now 20% off hasn’t applied to my account and the excuse they used was somebody forget to asked me if the numbers were from different provider. Even the store manager wrote notes on my account stating I am qualified for the 29% off !!!Please if anyone wants to get service from them, make them print out the deal .

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!Do not buy here. Owner tells you he handles it in store and will make it right if his staff offers something. It is a lie. Manager will tell you tough luck. Do not buy here, do not buy T Mobile. They will scam you one way or another.EDIT: In response to the owner - your store has failed to help me. You didn't take too long, you didn't correct the issue. I assume all the 5 star ratings are shills, because the actual business model of this place is to scam everyone that walks in from the customers to your hourly employees. Why else have new staff every two months? Your store is a sad little third party reseller for T Mobile... REMEMBER COLLINSMOBILE LLC IS THE THIRD PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CLOWNS. DON'T TRUST COLLINSMOBILE LLC EITHER. SCUMBAG COMPANY.And for everybody else - DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! AND I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM.

Very bad service! If I could give 0 stars I would! Went there because my husband needed another phone since his phone got locked for a whole month and they told us he couldn’t get one because he still owed and need to pay in full in order to get another one or else we would still have to pay for a line we couldn’t even use until phone was paid off! Employees seemed to not care about helping us. Very bad attitude! Made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed! We went down to another T-mobile store and they were able to help us fast and told us we didn’t need to pay in full, we could still pay monthly! My husband walked out of that store with a new phone! Very disappointed!

Went in with phone problems and they went above and beyond to get them resolved. They are super friendly and do what they can to take care of your needs.Update: Went in for a screen protector. They ordered one to be delivered to my home. I also got home internet added to my account. It is faster than the xfinity internet I had and costs less. Ping rate averages about 30.

The owner of this store should fire the three customer attendants. The loud African American girl with glasses. They guy with the walking stick and they white guy with dreads. They ain’t selling for you. They are so negative and not helpful at all. Whatever comes out of their mouths is just to turn customers away. I literally watched them turn people willing to sign up and buy phones away. The owner your business is being ruined

Today I went to go pay my cell phone bill and for various reasons I have to come in the store and physically pay it but now they have the store locked and you have to make an appointment just come in the store my appointment was a two hour wait which I could not do this is extremely unprofessional you need to get more help knowledgeable people to do their job the only thing she should ever have to make an appointment for is the dentist and a doctor !!!! Get it together T-Mobile you’re gonna lose another customer!!!!!

Employees need to have their knowledge improved, sent me out the store telling me my problems were fixed. Came home realizing it wasn’t. Called customer service and they had my problems fixed in minutes.
