“The manager was very professional, friendly, patient (with the customer in front of us who had many questions), and actually made us feel good! He cheered for us when we were able to bring the U-Haul back earlier than expected! Lol. When we questioned whether we needed to add gas because the fuel gauge was kind of reading wonky, he said no problem, don't worry about it, and didn't charge us.”

“I was able to secure a cargo van for an out of state move THE SAME DAY. I called Penske customer service and they were able to arrange the pick up time for about an hour from the time I called. “Great experience from start to finish! Ismael and Hanna are who helped me but I did meet the other guys there as well and everyone was nice! I was referred to this location by a few fb friends and my aunt who say they come here all the time. The customer service was outstanding and great communication. My rental van looked brand new it was so clean plus had a back up camera and drove great. I made sure to post pictures for my review! Ismael explained the free 1 month storage offer very well. Hanna was there when I returned the van and I appreciate her offering me a paper receipt at check out before I even had to ask! Me and my family will be a continuous customer to this location as long as the current staff are here! 10/10 for my first experience and hopefully so on. Thank you all again!”
