The guy at the postal counter is inconsistently rude to people. My first visit he yelled at me for standing in the wrong line and was impatient with me, the next visit he was nice to me but yelled at others. ??♂️ I felt like I had to coach my roommate through his return to avoid the wrath of grumpypants...Merchandise is overpriced as well. Books are at least easy to locate.

The old man is ridiculous! He targets international students in particular.I knew it for years, and I avoided him and this location for years. But the mailroom in my office was being renovated, so I had to drop my USPS packages at this location. If the student helpers were there at the counter, they were nice and helpful.But, when the old man was there at the counter, he'd make your life miserable when you simply wanted to drop off a package. Years ago, he'd require that you tape the shipping label horizontally and vertically (like a cross) with the overpriced scotch tape he wanted to sell you. I just did it exactly how he wanted, and I taped all over the shipping label where there was anything printed, like 70% of it. Now, he required that you taped over 100% of the shipping label, even the empty area, and you couldn't miss a bit.Trust the reviews you see, and avoid this location!

I bought a calculator from you guys that in its self was way overpriced. It happened to be the wrong one for this class and I went to return it with the receipt and you wouldn't accept it. Its unacceptable for you to do that! Especially since I just purchased it a few days ago. You'll end up losing my business like that. And I just started at Purdue so you would have otherwise gotten plenty of business from me! Do not recommend!

Incredibly unfriendly staff, they sit where customers can see and then seem annoyed that customers exist in the store. If you want to work at a personal home office go home. Student staff is always wonderful, it's the old guys that work at the store that are rude
