Usually only one employee is in service, line of 10-12 people is normal

Just waited far too long yesterday. 1 hour and 15 minutes means the manager should consider having 4 employees instead of one at the counters. You have increased the rates but your employees are over burnt by the management. I suggest getting manager removed to another site........
