Village Bottle Shoppe is a campus liquor store and a West Lafayette staple for many years. It offers easy access and quick checkout, and customers can pay with a card. The store is reasonably priced, though prices are higher as typical for a small store. There is not much selection for beer, with an unusual layout and no great selection compared to other area choices. However, it does have many more unique options. The staff are noted as being very helpful, kind, and patient, going above and beyond. There is no rewards program and no discounts on expiring items, which is a concern for some customers.

There is a guy here called Wyatt: Amazing human being! Asked him for some internet to get an Uber, and he was very helpful. I'm a Moroccan in the U.S. for a bit, and people like this have made my experience very pleasant.
