I have found nearly ALL of the staff to be helpful and VERY professional.Almost always I am first in line and they are fast.Other than wishing they had a drive thru I am VERY satisfied!

Trent is normally the pharmacist working when i go, and I’m always glad he is. He’s an incredibly kind and caring healthcare provider, takes time to answer all of my questions patiently, and greets me with a smile. He’s really awesome at his job and makes the whole experience a lot more pleasant!

I called to see if my meds were ready, and he said I wasn't in their computer system. Ok, my bad if I transferred them to a different Walmart, but I worked in a pharmacy for 10 yrs, and know for a fact he could've pulled up my file online at another pharmacy, but he made it out to be too much of a hassle. Not to mention, he acted/sounded stupid on the phone. Never going to fill my Rx there.

the associate was very nice and was able to pull my prescription through from another Walmart pharmacy where I had originally filled. she was able to get me enrolled for the text messages when my prescription was ready and was able to give me information about it over the phone. Very helpful and I will definitely use them again

This is an amazing pharmacy. They can be busy, but the staff is clearly working extremely hard nonstop. They are good people full of compassion for their patients.

I have 2 words to describe Walmart pharmacy. Rude. Slow. Always some kind of problem. Miscounted my script, scripts not ready, trying to charge me again for 1 pill that they miscounted in the first place. Oops, more than 2 words.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I came to the pick up window when it was time. I was told that the prescription never even went through so I had to repeat the process... funnily enough the second and third time, it happened again. It's taken over 2 hours to get my prescription.

Worse pharmacy I've been to... They make you go to different windows for the same thing. After laying u have to wait in another line for a pharmacist to tell u how to use the meds or answer questions... Big inconvenience because they just read off the prescription detailed printout. They make u use another window for drop offs which does the same as the check out register but they use drop off to look up info another half hour wasted. Each time I've went to get medicine it has taken me at least an HR or two... No matter how long the line is. No one knows how to do their job but a few and it's clear even management is clueless sometimes because they take forever to resolve an issue. Days ago, I paid for medicine and they said I couldn't get reimbursed cause my insurance don't cover it. Called my insurance they stated they do but the pharmacy has to send PA to Dr for refund. It took them almost an 2 hours putting in my info for my daughter medicine and they still didn't know what to do was asking each other! Instead of calling the insurance to see! I'm going back to CVS pharmacy I Neva had issues with them for the SAME MEDICINE AND INSURANCE!PRICING IS NO DIFFERENT EITHER

I would like to leave 2 reviews, as I often have had great service , and respectful treatment at this pharmacy, but my most recent experience was with a tech that was extremely rude, to not just me, but other customers in front of me, I wanted to speak to management about this , her name was Sarah Baumer, but they were extremely busy, and when I called later manager was very short with me, Ms. Baumer is not a professional representative of any pharmacy where the utmost confidentiality should be exercised.
