Jerod was great. I was pretty ticked off when I went in but he did everything he could to help me despite AT&T working against him. Really nice guy and super helpful.

Jerod was super helpful. I was pretty ticked when I got there because of a problem at a different AT&T store and was a bit rude. Jerod not only dealt with me but also the problem I was having with compassion and seemed like he really wanted to help. Would definitely recommend going here to work with AT&T instead of other locations.

Jerod was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. There was also a gentleman who was training to be a store manager. He was very helpful as well.

Worst service ever. Workers are very rude. I’ve been in twice trying to get some help regarding a data plan and have been sent out with zero help both times.

I had an issue with my bill after upgrading devices for my business. Braxton spent over an hour making sure everything was fixed. I really appreciate his hard work to ensure it was taken care of.

Don't come or call to this At&t. They are liars. I opened a family plan account and there was 2 extra lines. They bought us various insurances and asked them to deal with the problem. Now I need to pay a lot of money . No sense of responsibility.

Run from this store and DO NOT look back. We came in to buy a new iPhone. So many issues from this 1 visit! The staff ended up changing our ATT account to allow us to access the 5G network. Sounded ok, but the person did not process the change correctly and we ended up with 4 phones on 2 accounts, which doubled our bill! To make matters worse, when I tried to pick up my new iphone the store had messed something up in their inventory and would not give me the phone. We went to another store (please note, the ATT store on 32 is a reseller or something). The ATT store on 146th street was able to corrected our plan and process my phone. Our troubles did not end there. Even though the new phone was active under our account and my phone number, the store still didn't want to release it to me. It took several calls to get this accomplished. Today, a few weeks out from this mess, my SIM was inactivated. I image lingering effects from this store. The staff at this store are NOT trained. Stay away!!

Client service was fine as long as I bought new equipment from local store. Decided to go another way due to a product warranty that was included through another Iphone vendor. Phone line was immediately not allowed to be upgraded anywhere except the store. Other vendor tried multiple times to get phone line released online and I was sent back to the corporate store due to the fact that they were the only ones supposedly capable of releasing the phone. Manager tells me I can upgrade it now here but not willing to call corporate office to help. Thank you For your effort sir! If I stay with AT&T, I would certainly never recommend your store!Dean

Ari saved the day. She took the time to go over all our phone issues and accessory needs and made sure we got just the right set up. We had tons of questions and she was so patient. Would highly recommend working with Ari at the Westfield store.
